- Gasket types and usage.
- Gasket identification – Importance of using the correct materials
- Assembly instruction – ANSI, clamps, API, Compact Engineered joints e.g. Exchanger flanges
- Best practices – As described.
- Known Issues on Site – Avoid workforce shortcuts.
- Tightening Procedures. Knowledge of relevant parts of ASME PCC-1-2013 Guidelines for Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly.
